His real estate career spans over a decade, 17 states, $1 billion in capital costs, and 10 million square-feet across multiple asset classes. Mr. Flanagan has been a driving force in commercial real estate development and acquisition and is now transitioning into specializing in water resource brokerage and land development consulting.
 
Most recently, as the Investment Officer for Prologis, Mr. Flanagan led Northern Nevada and Colorado capital deployment activities. His team specifically focused on master planning and development feasibility for a project of scale on the California border, implementing a newly designed water utility system of adjudicated ground water rights.

Now based in Colorado, Mr. Flanagan has redirected his expertise towards water resource brokerage services and development management owners-rep consulting, with a keen focus on water industry projects. His commitment to water sustainability extends to personally owning and developing 6 acres into a self-sufficient homestead, putting to practice his dedication to water conservation and resource management.
